- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start with a conversation. During this conversation, we will do a quick dive into your situation. I will be ready to help you navigate what strategies may be best for you or your teen. During this consultation, I will explain how we will work together, discussing confidentiality, your rights as a client, and other nuances of working at a distance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Liezel is known for establishing Leadership Development Programs and Coaching Programs. She was awarded Woman of Excellence for Community Outreach in 2017 by The Atlanta Health & Wellness Festival. She is a Certified Youth Mentoring and Leadership Coach and has worked in every area in Human Resources both internationally and nationally. She also has various psychometric certifications and professional affiliations in the field. Over the last 10 years, she combined her dance and corporate qualifications by establishing a dance academy that specializes in providing girls and women the opportunity to build self esteem through dance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Through her own personal experiences of emotional trauma, divorce, sexual assault, and being the kid who never fit in, she persevered. She had the assistance of personal mentors and coaches throughout her life, who walked alongside her and showed her what trust and integrity looked like. Her parents, as well, went through very hard times. But through those hard times they both taught her that she was in control of creating her future. They modeled entrepreneurship, perseverance, resilience and love.
