- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although most of the time we have some of the lowest prices we are not trying to be the lowest. We charge what we feel is fair, whether lowest or not. We stand behind our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love establishing a relationship based upon transparency and setting appropriate expectations. This way there aren’t any surprises or disappointments. We love having open communications even if they are not customers. Half our time is spent dispelling myths and reducing fear.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Three generations of trapping (maybe more) in my family. The love for nature and anything wildlife is in my blood forever.
