My wife called Southern Wildlife Management to remove a snake from the front yard. The team came out quickly and removed it without any trouble. Turns out that the snake was a harmless black snake but my wife thinks all snakes are bad. Also glad to hear that the snake was released in another area. Will definitely use them again.

This past summer my Mother had snakes in her yard and she was terrified to go outside. After talking with Southern Wildlife, they offered several options including repellent. They removed a couple snakes and she has been snake free for the rest of the summer. Great job!

I needed help with a hurt fawn in my backyard. The woman I spoke to was kind and listened as I explained what happened. She sent help that day! I was so grateful when they showed up to help that baby fawn. I didn't know what it would cost, but it was definitely reasonable, especially when no one else would come help. Thank you all!!

Your situation was unique. Normally we do not come out and remove the fawn because most people think the fawns are orphaned when they are not. In this case it had obvious injuries. The fawn & we appreciate you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although most of the time we have some of the lowest prices we are not trying to be the lowest. We charge what we feel is fair, whether lowest or not. We stand behind our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love establishing a relationship based upon transparency and setting appropriate expectations. This way there aren’t any surprises or disappointments. We love having open communications even if they are not customers. Half our time is spent dispelling myths and reducing fear.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Three generations of trapping (maybe more) in my family. The love for nature and anything wildlife is in my blood forever.
