Removal of unwanted items,
First time hiring a professional organizer, and I had no idea what to expect. Jes made it easy, walked me through the process, and was really professional and thorough!Jan 27, 2020Organized Jes's reply
Thanks Kristin! You guys were awesome to work with, and I hope your son has lots of success maintaining his new wardrobe system! Let me know if there's ever anything else I can assist you with!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on an hourly rate. Consultation, Supply Procurement, Cleanup and Client Education are built into this rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our work truly begins during the consultation phase. This is when I learn about my client's preferences and priorities, and we determine how to best meet those needs. Once we have an established plan, I get to work sorting, folding, filing, organizing, tidying, displaying and perfecting your space! Clients are encouraged to sit back and relax while I transform their projects into the usable, functional and beautiful space they've envisioned. (Note: a client's project may require supply shopping and procurement. If so, this will be done at the hourly rate, with a pre-arranged budget.) Once the project is complete, clients can expect the "Grand Reveal" (and some tips and tricks for maintaining the space going forward)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a lifelong perfectionist, and with 10 years past experience as a Private Home Manager, Professional Organizing has come naturally to me. Additional education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which proves useful when understanding and empathizing with a client's potential attachment to possessions, his or her need for order and tidiness, and providing dedicated customer service.
