Troy installed our art collection in the gallery section of our home today. He arrived promptly and did an outstanding job with the installation. The artwork looks better than it ever has! He also installed artwork in other areas of our home including a creative grouping of my husband's credentials in the office. It looks fabulous! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I've worked for the two big companies in Atlanta that do this. I'm confident that my prices are much more competitive and still seem fair to me. Whats important is the installer needs to make the homeowner feel safe, provides a quality install and ultimately solve the problem they may have with there install
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to take a look at the project in person and offer a quote before I start but Convid has strained the ability to always be able to do that. Sometime customers send me pictures of what is getting hung and where and I do my best to provide a quote.
