In a relatively short period of time she found a great tenant. She was proactive and very responsive throughout the whole process. She make it very easy for me. Kathy even suggested going with a home warranty which would be beneficial for both me and the tenant. You guys are now also managing my rental and the only thing left to say is; "Kathy you Rock!!!"
