It all depends on what you want to do and how quick, how long you need to accomplish your goals. The price ranges as follows: $45/$35/ $30 and $25. Secession run 35/45 and 65 minutes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out about the customer, habits , lifestyle, health history. Find out personal goals and find out about health conditions, filling out a health questionnaire. Finding out short and long-term fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a US Army master fitness trainer, US Air Force fitness specialist a certified Cooper Institute personal trainer and a black belt self defense instructor.
