I have had the pleasure of going to Heather for the last 5 months and can honestly say my skin has never looked better! I am 58 years old and the Skin Medica line as well as Heather's expertise has taken years off of my appearance.

About this pro

I have a very personal connection to my role as a Medical Esthetician. I have always been very motivated to get the additional training and certification needed to give my patients the best possible care . I have had the privilage of working with a Facial Plastic Surgeon since 1998. I see my role as being an advocate for you. Your goals are my goals, and I want my patients to feel confident in my care. My job is every bit as motivating and rewarding today as it was in 1998. I am proud to be able to bring skill, knowledge and seamless collaboration to helping you feel and look your best. Our office staff works together as a "family" more than just co-workers. I enjoy spending one-on-one time with patients to help you through the process of getting on and maintaining a good skin care routine and make sure your results are the best they can be.

    Q & A

    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I choose a Medical Esthetics Conference to go to each year. I enjoy going to learn new techniques in skincare, dermatology and plastic surgery. There is always something new that keeps my passion for this industry going!
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have many years of experience in this industry. I feel that the knowledge of how the skin works and what treatments and products are best for you require communication together. I suggest someone who is willing to take the time to listen to your concerns, give you honest advice and not be pushy with sales. I am here to give you the best results possible, not sell products just for the sake of sales.
    • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That skincare is ongoing and is a trial and error process. It takes time to get that perfect routine. It also requires communication with your Esthetician. Before you give up on a routine, discuss it. It may be a simlpe change. Also you have to be honest with your Esthetician about everything you are using on you face as well as any medications or clinical information that may be useful in your care.
