Introduction: I stand out because I focus on primal pattern movements. These movements are performed on a daily basis in your day-to-day life and must be performed with perfection. If we are not using the appropriate form, we often are found with muscle imbalances, pain, and injuries. The 7 primal pattern movements are squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, and walking. It is my job as your coach to teach you how to do all of these movements above and beyond efficiency. In addition, I have a unique approach to nutrition where I focus on using food as medicine. I teach you how to take control of your own diet and eliminate bloating, inflammation, food intolerances, allergies, and manage weight. I love being able to help other people. Due to the difficulties that I have faced in my life with my own health goals, it is rewarding to take the lessons I have learned and help others in return.

I worked with Lauren Strader as my nutritionist coach and it was life changing. I was at a point in my life where I didn't know how to eat right and was at my lowest. Lauren taught me so much not just about healthy foods but the meaning behind the importance for my body. It made sense to me why people eat healthy and the change it would have on my mind, body, and soul. I was also terrified to step foot into a Whole Foods. Lauren offered a Whole Foods tour where she took me through the store and showed me the good brands, alternative brands for my favorites, and natural vitamins and supplements that would make me feel amazing. I didn't feel like her client but her friend and she genuinely cared about me and my health. Lauren taught me the importance of positive thinking through my transformation and would be strong for me if I was having a weak moment. I can't explain how amazing Lauren is and her knowledge of everything with health, food, nutrition, vitamins, hormone balance, and spiritual balance. Lauren's program and guidance not only changed my life but my family and children too. Eating healthy and all being healthy is priceless. I can't express enough my gratitude for Lauren and her support and guidance. Thank you Lauren for helping me change my life.

Recently I went on a nutritional tour through Whole Foods with Lauren. I must say, it was so much more than I expected. She was highly informative and knowledgeable. I never would have learned so much about different foods and their health benefits on my own. It was so much fun, I really plan on taking it again.

Lauren has a amazing knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has taught me so much and actually changed the way I think about food and my body! She takes the time to teach about healthy eating habits and exercising the proper way.

I have never been one to be excited about fitness or working out and then I met Lauren. I have been working with her for 2 months now and not only am I already starting to see results but I am excited about walking into the gym to train with her. She keeps my energy and motivation very high and is all around an excellent trainer.

    Absolutely! The health field is always growing and changing. Therefore, I must continue to my education on a daily basis to keep up with the demands.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I recently worked at a naturopathic hormone clinic where we specialized in bio-identical hormones. I was the nutritionist and exercise consultant at the clinic and I now utilize the skills that I gained in my practice today. I believe that hormones are a major influence when it comes to regulating our weight and nutritional needs.
