I've been training with Jay MasterFitness Gee for 3 years. He's helped me go from weak to STRONG without stepping into a gym. He uses a myriad of techniques that have kept my body guess and changing: body weight exercises, pilates, kettlebells, stretching, swimming, boxing ... the list goes on and on. I'm amazed at the things I can do now. We even did several months working on self defense moves, and I've never been more confident in my ability to protect myself. He's encouraging w/o being annoying and filled with knowledge and expertise. He's an easy recommendation ... Let him show you how to OUTDO YOURSELF!
This is regarding exercise classes provided by Ari which were always quite a good workout. Whether it be yoga, pilates or water aerobics they were all great classes.
My experience with Bailey as my trainer was very insightful. The training is tough, but he pushes you in a way that you want to go harder, and the results surely paid off. We also did Pilates and meditation , we not only worked outside but we also excercised our inner mind and praticed sculpting my body. He also guided me on my diet and encouraged me to change my eating habits. I would definitely train with him again and would advise anybody else to choose him as a trainer, you would be making a great choice 😃. He is a great person, experienced, and knows what he is doing.
I have taken yoga,Pilates from Lakisha well over 10 years and she is the best instructor I've had. She is patient, knowledgeable and plays the best music in class. If you ever get a chance you must take one of her classes.
A little more than 3 years ago it was time to change my game a bit so I tried yoga, spin classes and the like. Amanda had a table set up at the top of the stairs one day and gave me a brief tutorial of the process. It was quite strange but she was very patient and calming about results, goals, and options. I decided to sign up for, I believe, 4 classes as there was a price break. I should mention that being a man, the Yoga poses were difficult for me as my flexibility was limited. Pilates on the other hand, with the reformer table, gave me the option for what i like to call "forced stretching" From day 1, I was sold. The class and Amanda's instruction are amazing. Her calming voice, breathing techniques, and different exercises, make the class that much more enjoyable. 2 1/2 years later, I am still as much a client as I was on day 1 and that is in part due to Amanda. I used to travel quite a bit and loved Pilates so much that I took classes in Oklahoma and Colorado. Beneficial yes, the same no. Amanda and Pilates work the best for me and her teaching skills are AWESOME! I am much for flexible, have better breathing techniques, and am healthier because of this class. I should also mention that since I have been going, only 2-3 men have been in a few of the classes. C'mon men, get on board! Thanks Amanda! Patrick P.
Marnie is very sweet and kind hearted. I started practicing prenatal yoga with her earlier this year. I unfortunately ended up having a miscarriage and Marnie has continued to be there for me ever since. After the miscarriage, I decided to continue my practice with yoga and every once in a while Marnie and I will have a private yoga session. She is very great at helping me with my practice and I have learned a lot about yoga since I met Marnie. I expressed to her before that I wasn't too comfortable with doing the pose Downward Dog and she assisted me with the Downward Dog in one of our sessions to help me embrace it and become more comfortable. She is really focused on my needs and my goals in my practice.

I am crazy about this Pilates Studio. I have been to others in different places, but none gave me the individual attention and encouragement that MaryAnn does. Several of my friends, and my daughter-in-law have all become regulars at the Studio, it has become an important part of our lives. I credit my Pilates sessions there with a tremendous improvement in my flexibility and general well being. I offer Pilates training for all levels of clientele, from beginner to advanced. I can teach individuals or groups. I travel to my clients. My certification is through Classical Pilates Education, a Pilates Method Alliance recognized program. I am fully versed in the use of props for mat work. (I do have a full set of Pilates props) and am ready to modify exercises as needed to make them more accessible for the client.
