David is the BEST... My first meeting with David he said, "You will become the cheerleader you once was in high school"! Getting started, David focused on my nutrition, posture, balance and my core. I noticed a change in my shape within a few weeks and lost pounds. My workout was challenging but I never had sore muscles...he knows just how much to push you and the workout is never the same. If your knees are hurting, he will direct you to work out a certain way and amazingly the pain goes away. I always felt my workout was tailored for me! I got into the best shape physically, mentally and yes, I lost the belly fat... hello cheerleader (smile)!!! I love, love, love David and highly recommend you consider him as your personal trainer/physical therapist!!!! I have now moved over an hour away but still plan to fit in Saturday mornings...

I have a lot of hesitation in hiring a personal trainer at first because sometimes i think it is too young for me to afford a personal trainer. He is a very professional trainer too. After working out with him for several times, i like how the way he trained me and although I have a very tight working schedule but he is very helpful and responsive in coping my schedule, he is very knowledgeble and he always tell me that I have great potential and forced me to my limit. I have been working out with V for about six months now and am very pleased with the results. I am leaner and feel sharper mentally. He uses a wide range of different exercises which keeps things fresh and fun. I have been training at AAP since July 2011, no not that long but long enough to learn that Ashley and Alex are AMAZING!
