Sugar Magnolia Massage

Introduction: I am a nationally certified massage and bodywork therapist who has been practicing for 10 years. I studied in the foothills of Asheville, N.C. at The Center for Massage and Natural Health. I have worked in four different states and specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stones, prenatal, and Thai stretching and am a Reiki Master. I take an intuitive approach to bodywork by first having a detailed intake with the clients on what they are seeking in receiving regular massage and Reiki. Once the first session is complete, I check back in with the clients and ask for feedback on what they liked, disliked, and discuss a care plan for their future. In 2014, I began my path of cranial sacral therapy studies, as well as lymphatic drainage massage. When you are on my table, I draw from all facets of my education and background in healing arts. My bodywork is heart centered and takes you on a journey towards your most optimal well-being.
