Replaced heating coil that burned out. Identified root cause which was a bad switch circuit. Tried to find replacement switch but part discontinued. Technician gave me part number and recommended checking small hardware/appliance shops to see if they have part. Offered to return and install switch, once I locate and get part.

I like doing business with Mr Appliance. The techs show up on time and call well before they arrive. Every tech that has been to my home has done a great job. They wear face masks and slippers over their shoes. Its very obvious that the techs are well trained. Just a good business in every facet.

There are simply no words to describe how grateful I am to Mr. Appliance & Tech Roderick for their work and ethic. It was Christmas Eve morning and the buzzer on my dryer buzzed. To my dismay when I opened my very full dryer, my clothes were still soaking wet. Agghhhh! On Christmas Eve! I quickly googled dryer repair and found Mr. Appliance. I couldn't believe they were actually open, and more than that, they had a technician at my house within the hour. My heating element had to be replaced and the tech did not have the part with him and he also had various other calls to get too. But when I checked with Mr. Appliance after Roderick left, they said Roderick would be able to pick up the part for me and come back to finish the repair early that afternoon. This was all on Christmas Eve! Roderick and his willingness to go above and beyond was truly a Christmas miracle. I sell real estate for a living and I will make sure everyone I know, knows how great this company is! And by the way, my dryer is completely fixed and the part & repair came with a one year warranty.
