- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive. I know how it feels to prepare for an event and not feel like everything is taken care of. My pricing is competitively low to help out the customer and have one less thing to worry about. Although my pricing is low, I still bring 100% customer satisfaction to each and every event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an email or phone call to initiate the process. After that we will keep in contact via text, email and phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a DJ since 1996. I have worked with other dj's and professionals in the industry to bring a better product to my customers.
