Joe was an incredible find. Not only is he responsive to calls and texts but he is extremely punctual. These are qualities hard to find in the construction industry. The quality of work was top notch and he was able to accomplish every task I gave him. I would highly recommend his services and I myself will be using him for all future projects ! Thanks JoeDec 13, 2020Verified

Joe did several jobs at our house. One was to repair the sheetrock in our dining room due to water leak. He said he would put up plastic covering to keep the sheetrock dust from getting everywhere in our house. Yeah, I had heard that line before. After Joe finished I sent in our fabulous cleaning lady to get the sheet rock dust out and she said the house was perfectly clean and the dust, if any, was confined to the dining room. I was blown away. He also constructed a small basement door that goes to our driveway. I didn't care what it looked like, just needed it to close properly, as the old one didn't. But, Joe made a really pretty door and painted it to match the house. It very attractive. He's done other jobs too with the same professionalism and quality work. I highly recommend him.Nov 19, 2020Joe Hook Construction's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It is vital that every estimate I generate is comprehensive, accurate and transparent. This is essential for project success and mutual trust between the project owner and general contractor. There can be no trust without open communication and being an open book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Establishing good communication with a new customer is probably the most important step in building a good relationship. I try to focus on determining what aspects of the project are the most important to my client. Be it the budget, project timetable, quality of work, sustainability, etc. I ask questions so I can truly understand what my client wants and needs in their building.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in construction for over 25 years. I have comprehensive construction management experience overseeing custom residential, design-build projects, renovations and commercial work. Sixteen years as founder, owner and operator of successful residential and commercial construction company. Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized.
