These folks are amazing. I had a coupon for a different carpet cleaner, back in November. They couldn't book me until december, and when they showed up they refused to do the job unless they charged me almost double. So I told them to get out, went back online to search for a different carpet cleaner and found All City Carpets. They booked me for the same day I called in, gave me a one hour window and even called me in advance to let me know that they are on the way, so no guessing when they'd show up. The two guys that came were very professional, cleaned everything from my dogs urine to grease to coffee out of my poor carpets so they looked like new! Couldn't be happier!

These guys out to my house for the first time. I have 2 ylung children who spill everything over the carpet, everywhere. The people who came out were, proffessinal and curtious. We were given all the options and prices in advance so we could choose before they start. Great comlany and service

I manage rental property in Atlanta and called in Thursday afternoon, May 28th. and asked for service. I had water coming in and soaking the carpet. I was told someone would be in touch with me that afternoon so I did not call another company. I called in again just before 5pm since business hours were about to end and gave them my cell number so the technician could reach me during the evening. Today is Tuesday, June 2nd and I have yet to hear from anyone. They have my email address from where I sent over some pictures and they have my office phone number as well as my cell phone number. Obviously, I will never do business with this company in the future.

We are one of the only services in the country that has a complete price list for pretty much all possible repairs and services that your home might need. Knowledge is power, don't settle for another company that won't tell you the price before showing up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can either book online, over text message, or over the phone. We will collect all the information needed for the service and explain the customer the pricing and option they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FairWorks was founded by industry veterans with over 25 years of experience. We believe that the home services industry is broken. From price gauging, to no show appointments, to having to call multiple companies asking for prices and availability. We aim to fix that by providing customers an easy, transparent way to book anything they need done around the house, with flat, upfront, prices and same day availability.
