From the first conversation I had with Vince to the planning phase with Linda, GHI demonstrated professionalism and care for my event. The day of the event the food truck arrived promptly and the two workers were so efficient and personable and very enjoyable to work with. This was a nice experience and the food was GREAT!

Amazing food, great quality! Looking for a caterer for a wedding is overwhelming. GHI made it much easier. I got quotes from about 6 caterers and GHI's food was top notch and their price was affordable. Some caterers were twice the price of GHI. They were accommodating to our gluten-free and vegan guests with LOTS of options that were clearly labeled. Guests LOVED the salmon. The coconut-infused risotto was a hit too! They made it seamless. Grateful to have found them for our wedding.

These guys were amazing, from the moment I spoke to the owner, to Amanda taking care of all my needs and them providing a food truck for 250 kid's birthday party guests. I was so busy not only did I not meet them, I also didn't taste a single food from the 11 item menu. My guests loved the food and I got so many compliments, you would think I cooked the food. They even gave my amazing nephew a tour of their food truck. Thank you GHI for making this event memorable, I just pray I have many more parties in the future so that I taste your amazing food. Everyone else took pictures but I didn't :(

Our staff features many employees with hospitality & culinary degrees from top institutions such as Johnson & Wales & The Culinary Institute of America.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Collectively, we have spent more than 150 years in off-premise catering, culinary arts, & hotels. Our founder, Vincent Marra, began working in his family's catering operation at 8 years of age.
