I hired Marcus to cater my daughter's wedding. Marcus and his team worked very hired and were very professional. He was always available to answer my questions. I feel that we received great quality of food for the price and everything was delicious. Several attendees of the wedding were very complimentary of the food. I would not hesitate to hire Marcus again for another event.

i had a cater that fell through at last minute and i found Marcus on this site he catered for 85 people for a picnic the menu was bbq chicken pulled pork mac n cheese baked beans potatoe salad and cucumber watermelon salad omg everything was excellent i wish i could give him more then 5 stars his professionalism was wverything i didnt have one complaint about the food it was absolutly wonder thanks again for everything i do plan on using him again in october for a surprise for my husband

Marcus Mack catered a Bat Mitzvah buffet luncheon for about 100 of my family and friends in February. My guests raved about the food, especially the poached salmon. The specialty cold salads, a cous cous salad and a curried wild rice salad were wonderful. The presentation was lovely and there was more than enough food. There was some miscommunication about the discussed menu and what was served (such as scrambled eggs instead of quiche for one example) but no one but me knew and it did not take away from the event at all. All in all Chef Mack did a great job.

Marcus catered my wedding and did a great job! He was very responsive and always quick to reply. There was plenty of food and all of the guests kept telling me how much they loved it! He even packed some for me and my husband to take with us on our honeymoon. That was awesome because we barely had time to eat any. He also brought us plates during the ceremony and made my husband his favorite food as a surprise. He even cut our wedding cake as a favor to us. So thoughtful. He went above and beyond. Definitely hire Marcus.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I offer tastings of my work! I think that is the best way to authenticate what I do! Secondly its important to find out the customers needs and tailor meal and service to their specifications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job I ever had has been related to food!. I've been a waiter, dishwasher, and even the clown at McDonalds for birthday parties. I've lived in Atlanta since 1998, got my start with Here 2 Serve Restaurants and graduated from L Le Cordon Bleu.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother was divorced working 2 jobs to support me and my 3 other siblings. I found that there would be peace in the house if she came home and dinner was ready!
