- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I offer tastings of my work! I think that is the best way to authenticate what I do! Secondly its important to find out the customers needs and tailor meal and service to their specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job I ever had has been related to food!. I've been a waiter, dishwasher, and even the clown at McDonalds for birthday parties. I've lived in Atlanta since 1998, got my start with Here 2 Serve Restaurants and graduated from L Le Cordon Bleu.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother was divorced working 2 jobs to support me and my 3 other siblings. I found that there would be peace in the house if she came home and dinner was ready!
