I worked with Farrah on a 2.5 million dollar, 5,500 gross square foot single family residence in Destin, Florida. She provided all professional design services for interior design and finishes for the project including kitchen and cabinetry design, design development, construction documentation, installation, construction administration, and coordination
From our initial programming through the installation and final completion she proved to be an invaluable asset to the successful implentation of the project.
Her exceptional design creativity, ability to listen to my basic ideas and deign concepts, and translate this into a beautiful and cost effective solutions that absolutely added significant value to the project's bottom line. Farrah did the entire redesign of a 3.5 million dollar of a 5,500 square foot single family residence. Farrah did an excellent job, she did not only manage the work as defined in her contract, she worked with different consultants and contractors in order to design, coordinate, and construction administrative services.
I found her to be very easy to work with and extremely competent with her knowledge of the construction process. She had a great sense when it came to managing the cost and scheduling of the work and the services provided as described above. She worked with the contracting team and made sure everything was according to its design.
I give her the highest recommendation I can give for a designer and development consultant. I have been in the development architecture and design business for over 45 years.
