This is my first time requesting the services of a personal trainer and I was a bit apprehensive at first but after my first free consultation with Doc and explaining my concerns with my physique, health and exercing and he made me feel completely at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable in his profession and knows what he's talking about. We discussed my medical history and what id be comfortable with in regards to a trainer. He had paired me up with his head trainer DeAri. DeAri is by far an amazing trainer, she's professional with me from the start and focuses on me during all of our training in sessions. She's attentive and focuses on how I'm performing each workout and checks in with me to make sure I'm not overworking my injury or if I'm in pain. I've been with DeAri for almost 2 months now and I really enjoy it so far.
Courtney is there for you every step of the way. He's extremely thourough and welcoming of questions. He goes through the program with you from top to bottom. He makes every effort to be sure you understand how to make the program work for you. Regarding the online training- He comminunicates regularly to follow your progress. No doubt that he wants you to succeed. However, at the end of the day, your results depend on you. You are given the tools and more but you have to use them.
Chris has been training my fiancé and I for about 2 weeks now. He does an excellent job meeting both of our fitness needs during our training sessions. Chris travels to our home to train us, which is very convenient. His sessions go by so fast and he plans different workouts each time to keep the training exciting and fun! He is very professional and flexible with our crazy schedules. I confidently recommend him.
I started working with David in September of 2017 and have really enjoyed training with him. I began working with David in hopes of getting toned and learning more focused practices I could use in the gym. He has educated me in full-body training, and I can now burn more calories while also strengthening multiple areas at the same time ... all in LESS time then I was spending in the gym previously. However, I have been most impressed and appreciative in David's approach to training. He also spends training time on realignment and body aches (when needed or requested). On our first session he immediately identified concerns with my hips, stemming from years of ballet (i.e. constant turn out) and we have also been working on strengthening my back. I occasionally have backaches from my job (driving, desk work, heavy lifting) and he helps me stretch into the affected areas on weeks when I'm sore. After 4 months with David I have noticeable results in my core, endurance and body alignment. He has completely improved how I approach my work outs alone. I love that he challenges me, but that I always feel successful and accomplished in our workouts. He greatly varies my workouts each week, and he has a gym full of awesome equipment that I had never tried before! This is one of the best investments I have made for improving my lifestyle ... I highly recommend a commitment with David!

Who wishes Chris Powell from Extreme Weight Loss would show up on their doorstep but without the television cameras? Well, I met Jeff Chaffee from Train at Home Atlanta at the Alive Expo and he comes pretty close. Jeff doesnt move in for any length of time. But he does provide support when I need it the most. We came to an agreement to exchange training sessions for promotion, and what a great experience that has been. The first time I met Jeff at my home, we discussed my goals (lose all of the extra weight), my eating habits, and my concerns dealing with the weight. After Jeff, got a clear understanding of what my goals were, we (meaning I) was off and exercising. Jeff is a little different in that he doesnt wear gym clothes. So he is not going down and dirty with you but, instead helps you work through it and then you get to learn the correct postures and forms quicker. Jeff is a former Marine, with 8 years of personal training experience. In addition he belongs to American Council for Exercise, and is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, Jeff is also certified from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and has 3 years of Hypnotherapy Experience. Jeff is unique in the aspect that he comes to your home, office, or wherever you schedule him to be for a week. Then the following week, he Skype's with you (which is half price). You just need a webcam. Jeff helps you design a schedule that works best for you. Jeff explains this too helps begin to take on the exercise, nutrition, and new ways thinking as a lifestyle. Then it becomes more about you and your life and less about him. Since school ended this past week (yeah), he is experiencing my children. My 9 year old daughter wants you to know he is nice, cute, and funny. He also takes time to address them and other people in my life, because he understands they are important and a big factor in my overall movement. On a given day, Jeff will have me do step ups, squats, pushups, and weights. He also monitors and prescribes activity in between sessions. Before each session, he will ask how your food intake, and exercise was from the last meeting. He also texted me after me after my 5k. He wanted to check in on how I felt. Also after each session, a day or two later, he texts to see how you are feeling physically and emotionally. The good news is that Jeff feels that I have my eating under control. I am feeling very motivated and am looking forward to getting these last 40-50 pounds off me! Jeshua is awesome! My husband and I have been training with him 6 months now. He is great at motivating and pushing us just the right amount, without yelling like a drill sergeant! He is able to read us and know when to give us more weight as we get stronger. Jeshua uses a variety of exercises so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Jeshua for your training needs!

Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! That really makes a difference. After just a few months of training I am achieving my body and nutrition goals thanks to his guidance.

Training with David has helped me to loose over 20 lbs. in 3 months. I know every woman will say "yeah that may be easy for you because you have time" but I have just the opposite. Prior to training with FitU I felt as if I had no time to eat healthy, hydrate properly or even exercise as I myself help people acheive their health care goals. As a chiropractor running an extremely busy practice, mother to a high school student, wife to an ill husband and having to commute 45 minutes sometimes an hour in Atlanta traffic each way to work 5-6 days a week I knew that I didn't have time to work out or so I thought. David texted me frequently giving great suggestions on food choices and advised me that working out at least 30 minutes a day with him on my lunch break was better than not doing anything at all. He has truly changed my outlook on working out forever. He is very understanding to each individual's situation and he truly wants to see you accomplish your fitness goals. I am still on my weight loss journey but the changes that I've made this far I know that I can continue on.
I've been training with Crystal for 8 weeks now and also signed up to get a meal plan from her. It has been a great experience. I've lost several pounds and inches and my overall health has improved. I love that she offers a nutritionist approved meal plan. The meal plan is user-friendly, improved my results and helped get my family on track with healthy eating. Our training sessions are tough but doable and Crystal is great at motivating and pushing me to do my best. I have been working with Damon for almost 4 months now, and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever worked with. He knows exactly what to do, and what not to do according my body's functionality. I've had some issues with my knees and thighs for over a decade now, and since I've been working with Damon I can walk stairs again comfortably. He is a considerate and thoughtful trainer. He checks on me to make sure that I'm functioning well after training. I've had therapists and personal trainers in the past who don't even act like they know what they were doing and not engaging at all. I had no idea what they would be doing and how to maintain after hour treatment. With Damon, you are fully aware of what is going on, and what is needed to keep up the physical state and well-being. This is my fourth package that we are on, and I will continue to work with Damon until I can no longer work with him anymore. I would give him 100 Stars if I could! I highly recommend!

I am enjoying exercising and I am so thank for Cache my personal trainer. The training sessions have been dynamics--after each workout I feel energized and refreshed. Cache definitely keep you moving and perspiring--from push-ups, lunges to swats. He pushes you to keep going and that's exactly what I need. I am so glad to have been referred to by a friend. Matt is the best trainer I have ever had. I have used several trainers over the years and watched other trainers, including some my wife used and Matt is the best I have used and seen. He really stays abreast of the latest trends in fitness and diet and is very good helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. He has a diverse set of clients and I have been impressed how he adjusts the workouts to fit the particular person. He also practices what he preaches, unlike some trainers. He participates in some classes including some Seal training, does a lot of research and then adapts it to fit his particular trainee. He always has a training session that has a lot of variety and works a lot of different muscle groups and also gets in the aerobic training. He does an outstanding job!
