- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are four different pricing structures based on the delivery method of the course. - Professional Development Courses Online courses - Start at $50 Classroom delivery - Start at $199 At Home Study - Start at $40 - ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Courses Classes start at $99 for classroom delivery but to Thumbtack customers, courses are $45.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am required to maintain my certification with the Red Cross as a Trainer and Train the Trainer instructor. I also hold my Property & Casualty Insurance agent license which requires 24 hours of CE credit. I am in the process of obtaining my Project Management Professional.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
- Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Caregiving, and Train the Trainer courses based on the American Red Cross standards. - Non-technical and Technical courses: Twenty-one (21) business oriented courses through delivered via online, classroom, and home study. Courses are listed by category in Computer Technology, Computer Application, Accounting & Finance, Business, Personal Development, and Teaching & Education.
