Working with Brenda was awesome! She understood my vision. Met with me a couple of weeks prior to the wedding for a walk through of the venues. She helped me to resolve issues we found with the ceremony site. The day of I was able to literally give her the checklist and enjoy my day. If there were issues I never heard about them. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have standard packages available on my website. However, I also provide individual need prices so I can cater to each person's budget. I do require a 40% deposit on all services that is non-refundable unless it is a situation where it was not planned or out of your control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers will receive a complimentary 1 hour initial consultation with a package. However, if it they don't choose a package, it will be a $50 non refundable fee for consultation. We are running a promotion of 10% off the initial consultation for the months of May-July 2020
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have taken wedding consultation and party planning classes, as well as I have been certified as a bartender and to cater food.
