- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees for our photo booth services are quoted inclusive of up to 400 prints, props, setup and delivery and a staff attendant. During the event, the client can request extra hours at a predetermined rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My staff will sit with the client and suggest the best set-up and package for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My staff participates in continuing training and tech sessions.
