- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally change per square foot and complexity of our work. We do not charge by the hour as that seems unfair to both the customer and us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be friendly and professional. We always ask questions about the task at hand to be sure we are quoting everything the customer wants and needs. we also make sure to supply details about the work being done that the customer may not have noticed in the first place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have a business license, and are in the process of acquiring our hvac, electrical, and plumbing licenses; however, we have been in this trade for more than 20 years.
