Michelle did an awesome job with my wedding decor. She handmade everything from my bouquets, the boutonniere, cake stand, centerpieces, isle decor... just everything was amazing. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect. It was better than I could've have EVER imagined!! All of my guests kept commenting on how beautiful the ceremony/ reception decor and flowers were. There was so many changes in my wedding, but she was so patient with me and went over and beyond what I expected. I definitely got the best value, product and customer service from Turned Up Affairs. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Michelle for making my dream wedding come true!

I had a great experience with this company for my baby shower. Michelle did a great job meeting all my needs and making changes when needed. I felt comfortable and didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything turned out so beautiful, more than what I expected. I will definitely book with this company again.

Turned Up Affairs is AMAZING! This woman provided her services to me from afar as I live in Virgina. Everything that I said I wanted she for the most part incorporated it All! The best part is that she is Super Stylish which made it easier for me to trust her with my vision. She even handcrafts and personalizes the items that the couple plans keep for a lifetime.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Events booked prior to May are discounted and the packages once requested, are all inclusive when I mention upon provided the quotes. My pricing is based on packages where I try and include everything that is needed for an event. Some things I may/may not have in stock and that is why my prices are flexible. Once my customer provides their colors or scheme or theme I price based on what I already have in stock. I customer make everything like the cake stands, card boxes, signing books and the seating charts. These items I include at no extra cost just to enhance your wedding decor, because I know everyone is on a budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to set up a free consultation where I meet with the client and prepare a sample custom made centerpiece of what they've requested so they can see what it would look like in person. If it's for a wedding I do a small, medium, large and extra large centerpiece and meet with pricing for each so the customer can decide which they would like and how many. For parties and other events I bring pictures to see what they like, if they haven't provided them through their requests. That way the customer can see first hand what they would like to choose from pictures of what they would like for their event to include or look like.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've had event planning training, but I consider myself to be very creative and innovated in the styles and decor of events. I know how I would like things to me should I'm the customer.
