- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my services are done in package form. The only thing that is not is the 30min discovery call and 1st session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a client for the first time I allow them to complete my discovery questionnaire that will help me get a better idea of how my services can serve them. From there we set up a discovery call where we discuss of my services and if you are a good fit. From there we take care of logistics and schedule your first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I acquired a Personal Styling Certification through a program called School of Style, hosted by a Personal Stylist and Fashion Stylist based out of Los Angeles, CA. I also have always had a knack for style. Growing up in a lower middle class family with 4 siblings, money seemed to have always been tight. Most of my wardrobe growing up either consisted of hand-me-downs from family and church members, or really cheap items from stores like K-Mart or Walmart. And as I got older, I started to gravitate towards thrift stores that turned out to be a treasure chest filled with the opportunity for creativity. From there, I developed a keen eye for spotting treasures within seconds of walking into a store. As for Confidence Coaching, I have learned these skills through my personal experience with coaches and a therapist my experience working with Styling Client, as well as my natural knack for calling out the best in the lives of those around me, even the challenging things. This all stems out of a personal passion of mines to help people live out their most authentic and fulfilling lives.
