Elmer was very helpful in replacing my old
Faucet and installing new Kitchen faucet. Knows what they doing and very professional and cleaned up after the work is complete.Strongly recommend him for others. By the way last but not least very affordable price compared to BIG companies way less and so friendly too and no dispatch fees like other companies which they do.

I was looking for a plumber to install a kitchen sink with a faucet and 3 additional faucets. I was stunned by the estimate. The estimate was $1495 for the kitchen sink alone and then $270 per faucet for the other 3 faucets. I advised the tech the price was too high. And (of course) he was willing to negotiate. Twice. That I could not do because I was already feeling like I was being taken. I told the tech that I had no gage as to the kitchen sink and faucet, I did feel like the price to install the bathroom faucets were way too high. I told him that I had used another plumbing company previously to install 3 toilets and they advised me the bathroom faucets were $100 each. The tech asked me if they were handymen or actual plumbers. I advised him they were actual plumbers. And while I understand there could be variances with each companies pricing, a $170 variance per faucet was a bit insane. Oh. And since this house doesn’t have a garbage disposal, the tech told me about a strainer. The cost for that was $195. Huh? I decided to look on the NextDoor app and found a plumber who did it all for $550. And yes. He’s a licensed plumber. And the strainer this company was going to charge me, the plumber I used only charged $30. I’m not sure if this price gouging was presented because I’m a female and I love using Thumbtack because I feel like I can get an idea of pricing and not feel like I’m being taken. I’m honestly thankful the other plumbers I found on Thumbtack to install my toilets were honest and fair. And if you are wondering why I did not use them again, I was having difficulty getting an actual date and needed to have these items installed by a certain time. Shop around folks. They seem knowledgeable but make sure you do your due diligence.

I had an issue with my shower faucet. I had no water pressure for two weeks and was unable to get a plumber out with my home warranty. I contacted Georgia Rooter Services and they came out the same day. Leo was amazing. He was super helpful and very responsive. He fixed the faucet in less than hour! This company does great efficient work and I highly recommend them! Pricing was reasonable and great as well!

It took a while for me to submit this review, but only because the holidays and other life circumstances intervened. I could not be more pleased with the services I received from DP Sewer and Water Solutions!
In December I went on Thumbtack to see if I could finally address several long standing issues (for which the issue wasn't clear) that I'd put off for fear of contracting with the wrong company and ending up with either shoddy workmanship, or an exorbitant bill not in line with the services rendered.
I was pretty hesitant about picking someone but I was so lucky to find Daniel! Not only was the work he did top quality, but he also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, how he was doing it, and why. I loved that his focus was on troubleshooting and fixing the root causes, rather than just putting on band-aids. He diagnosed my issues, fixed the water pressure to my home, replaced a bathroom faucet, changed out two faulty shower cartridges, and unblocked and replaced two shower heads.
I was so impressed with his workmanship and his work ethic (responsive, professional, courteous) that I contracted with him again in January to correct additional plumbing issues that I'd been putting off (replacement of two additional bathroom faucets and a bathroom tub cartridge) and also to install a new touch sensor kitchen faucet. I would definitely recommend this company and certainly plan to work with them again if the need arises.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink faucet handle that I couldn’t handle on my own.
After posting the project on Thumbtack, we had a few contractors respond but I chose to select Jose with Rooter-Flow based for the job.
I chose Jose because he was prompt in his response, flexible with regards to scheduling and was able to diagnose the problem through a text image & video exchange on Thumbtack.
He was able to diagnose and fix our issue pretty quickly so I would highly recommend Jose and his company for any plumbing needs. I plan to use him again in the future as our go to guy.

Miguel installed 3 vanities for me a couple weeks ago, when he arrived at my home decided to charge me 25% more than the quoted price since he said my vanities required extra work. So I spent 25% more and my vanity sink is also now leaking. Before he left I told him that one of the valves was leaking under my faucet and he said, he would retighten which he did. However, less than 2 weeks have gone by on a rarely used sink in an extra bedroom and the sink is already leaking. So much so it ruined my $1200 vanity which, I have attached pictures of and has required me to hire a licensed plumber with a company to repair and replace the work that he did. I cannot recommend at all based on my experience I’m out of more money and more wasted time
