I cannot speak highly enough of Regine Metayer and the Metayer Conservatory for the Arts. My daughter began her ballet experience with Ms. Regine over a year ago and the progress she has made has been phenomenal. She teaches the basic and comprehensive facets ballet. It has been amazing to see improvements in my daughter's dancing, posture, core strength, fitness and all around performance. Ms. Regine demands excellence and this type of atmosphere encourages my child to come and give her best at every lesson. Regine, an accomplished ballerina, is truly poetry in motion and is a true inspiration to my daughter showing her that she can do the same if she is willing to work.

I searched for a while before finding Train at Home Atlanta. I wasn't looking for a boot camp or a powderpuff experience. I wanted solid, evidence-based strategies and not the latest fad. Train at Home Atlanta delivered. Every session was new and fresh. I did things I never knew I could do like boxing and yoga. The trainers are knowledgeable not only about the workout, but also about the mind-body connection. I learned stress busting strategies, talked about no-nonsense nutrition and was even encouraged to try therapeutic massage as well as a kinesiology program to help me move better. I started working out with Anthony, back in August 2013. Anthony is very knowledgeable and dedicated with helping me succeed in my goals. The workouts are very challenging, but he keeps you motivated. He constantly tells me, that this is an investment and I do agree. Anthony is by far the best personal trainer that I have had the opportunity to work with. My biggest fear was to have a trainer that had a crazy boot-camp mindset. He is the complete opposite, because his focus is to help his clients that are genuinely interested in changing their lifestyle for the better inside and out. I respect him for pushing me beyond what I believe I can handle. I always walk away, at the end of each session feeling better inside and out. He offers different approaches to working out that actually work. Best investment made this year!!!
Having worked out with a number of other trainers and boot camps in Atlanta, I am so thankful to have now found Reggie Greene. His workouts are demanding, rigorous and effective, but he is always kind. He motivates each participant regardless of fitness level to do their best and reach beyond what he or she thinks can be done. I am always impressed with how he can adjust a workout to address any injuries and I love that he combines weights with cardio to allow for a complete workout in 45 minutes or less. After several years of working out with Reggie, I still look forward to each and every session I have with him. Thank you Mr. Reggie! You are a gem!
For most of my life I have always been a bit of a "nerd" and not very fit; when I started college I decided to change this. I made a goal to get into good shape and become more actively involved in outdoor activities. For a few years I worked out on and off, but even after doing extensive research online I had trouble figuring out how to do the workouts effectively. I also had difficulty learning what to eat and how much of it. I decided to make the investment and get a personal trainer to show me the ropes and that is how I met Al. I've had a few sessions with other personal trainers (free sessions) that had failed to interest me. It seemed like they were only in it for the money. Al stood out by having a noticeable passion for what he does. He enjoys helping people get healthy and in shape while boosting their self-confidence; he isn't interested in just training pretty women! During my first 3-month agreement with Al, I learned a lot about how to work out properly. Since I was mostly interested in gaining lean muscle, he worked me hard. Al's workouts can seem like boot camp, but one of his greatest strengths is keeping you motivated. He constantly pushed me to my limits and motivated me to become stronger, and every day I found that my limits were greater. Al knows what he is doing and his workouts are very effective. I'm able to do exercise now at an intensity that I never thought I would be able to get to. I a lot more energy to get myself through the day. My performance at my job as increased as well, getting in shape with Al has helped improve all aspects of my life. I recently signed on a second agreement with Al to take my workouts to the next level! You wont regret training with Al, he will take you past your limits!
I absolutely love this boot camp. I have been going for over a year and a half now and not only do I feel better but it's been a great social experience too. I've gotten to know some really great people and make some friends in the process. Anthony is the ideal Trainer who encourages and motivates you but doesn't "drill" you like other Trainers might do in a boot camp setting. He creates personalized meal plans for you and makes the whole thing very fun.

I'm impatient!!! Lol but that's why I love Derons boot camp!!! I literally see a difference after each workout. To be honest I don't really like working out...and that's why I hesitated for years before committing to a better body...but this 45 min class goes by so fast... You don't even realize you've worked every major part of your body...and its over!!! I love it and I love how I feel afterwards.
Boot camp. Always challenging and a great mixture from class to class so never "routine". Definitely awesome instruction for experienced and skilled as well as limited or beginners.

I grew up in Nashville and attended Belmont University. After college, I served as a youth pastor in Williamson County for five years. In addition, I spent a summer in Alpahretta, Georgia, setting up and coaching youths in university-sponsored basketball camps. It wasn't until 2010 that I decided to pursue an interest in healthcare and joined a local healthcare provider. It was during this time that I saw the need for better education and prevention through personal training and nutritional guidance.
