    I can't say enough about how much I love this and what genuinely good, caring people they are. I was so intimidated by working out and going to gyms but from day 1 they made me feel so comfortable and I am having great success! I love having private sessions one on one. I feel stronger, more confident, and have a better quality of life all around because of how much I WANT to be at the Delta Method working out with such great people. Getting a massage at the end of the work out is a wonderful added bonus :) If you are considering anyone, these are the people you want.

    I am 28 years old and began my health journey at Change Is Now Fitness about six months ago. I receive one-on-one training sessions with Anita twice a week for an hour each session. Before I started at Change Is Now Fitness I suffered from anxiety and IBS. Anita prescribed the Ayurvedic diet according to my body type. After making the suggested dietary changes I no longer suffer from IBS and have less anxiety. I am also feeling healthier and feel better about my body.     Change is Now Fitness is a great place to start if you haven't worked out in a long time like me and suffer from occasional joint pain. I have had four sessions and notice the difference in how my body feels and my energy level has increased. Anita and Delta provide you with expert training, fitness knowledge, and nutritional advice. I love my personalized work out routine and the body work I receive afterwards. I'm so glad I picked them!

    Our approach is based on each individuals need and each person is uniquely different. We use various combinations of movement to discover what is actually going on with your body. We then use muscle manipulation techniques to access the condition of your body tissue. Coaching, not training, involves YOU! You KNOW why we are doing what we are doing so you can measure the results we are after. It quickly become clear if we are on track! If you have injuries that must be considered, we address those in several ways. Our "intention" is to get you started without increasing pain and ramp up as soon as the body is ready. We are the closest thing to physical therapy that you will be able to find. (We are not physical therapist).

    We are NOT a gym! Private and by appointment only. We can work with ANYONE that is willing to work for themselves. We are the best resource on this site. From twenty something to eighty something, we work with everyone based on their needs.

    They really take the time on your initial visit to get to know you and discover your needs. the workouts are suitable for each person. They take a very individual approach to each client. I have sports injuries and they are the first trainers I've ever had that really took that into consideration and didn't put me on a routine most people do. It really does fit me and my limitations. Now I'm not worn out and dripping in sweat when I leave but I feel the effects of the workout because they know how to really target each muscle and ensure you are doing the moves correctly. They are awesome!

    Making a person crawl out of the gym to hurt for several days is NOT a sign of a good trainer. Our clients are very diverse in what they do in the world. Imagine a surgeon that has four surgeries in two days stating, "I cannot afford to be so sore I cannot move!" A heart surgeon that cannot perform adequately because his trainer over did his workout, will think twice about compromising his duties a second time. We know you have a life outside the gym and we want you to be able to live it well and feel good about the progress you are making in every area of your life!

    This husband and wife team are the best. It's a whole life approach; exercise, nutrition and the mental outlook. Delta and Anita are a power couple. Kind, positive, motivating and super creative with taking care of you and helping you accomplish your goals. The gym, much of it self designed and built by Delta himself, is one of a kind. There are so many tools, and so many options you will never be bored. As a private space, it is very personal. You will be trained one on one, or with only one other client in the studio. None of that gym crowded yuck feeling. Anita and Delta are so great beyond just the physical work out as well. They are there to guide you through eating right and meeting life's many challenges. Including, and for me most importantly, mental hurdles. Living a healthy happy life is up to you; bringing on Anita and Delta is one of the smartest thing you could do to make it happen.

    Joint pain can often be relieved. If you have gone to the doctor and followed the traditional medical approach, you find that drug use does not resolve anything. If there is no structural damage, you hear that there is nothing wrong. You still feel the pain of course. In most cases it is muscle manipulation that is needed but, you may NOT know that! Then, you accidentally find a resource that can assist you "comprehensively" and not just put you through a training session. Is that all you want; just a training session? What happens when you find yourself in a "mental funk"? Put resources around you that really add value and truly make a difference! We meet you where you are daily; physically, mentally and spiritually. Get more! Experience greater enjoyment for your money!

    I was referred to Change Is Now by a friend; I suffer from back pain on a daily basis. In the course of 3 months. Delta has helped me strengthen my back muscles to the point I actually am pain free most of the time now. Delta listened to my concerns over my back and tailored my workouts. I feel like I have reversed the age clock by 15 years.

    Have you ever recommended something to someone that you didn't like? Nope! We offer client "specific needs" training. This is how we define "personal" training. "Delta listened to my concerns over my back and tailored my workouts". Why? Concerns are "red flags" and clients want someone that will listen! When there are needs that are "specific & important", you want the best resource you can find. Coaching and muscle manipulation for pain relief can often show up unexpectedly as a need. Your session cost does not change because your needs change! Referrals are the way we have built a solid business.

    My experience with Delta and Anita at Change is Now Fitness has been totally different from any other training I have had. Meaning they understand you from the inside to the outside. From where your mind is, what you are stressed about, your fitness goals and meal plans. I especially like when we are doing something new, they take the time to explain, how its suppose to feel, why we are doing it and what its going to do. Oh and you get a really nice stretch and massage in the end.

    I told Delta that he should change is business name to "thousands of exercise's plus"! He is very creative at moving your body in ways that feel good and get results. There is always something new. Always! He demonstrates the real meaning of personal training and meets you where you are. You have to have a space to work in and they have a great space unlike no other I have worked in. Jumping on a trampoline is so much fun and you can move so many ways. He takes the time to make sure you understand why he is doing what he is doing. And, if you need skills beyond his, he refers you to great resources that are equally as gifted in what they do. Change is now is truly about comprehensive health. I have done both one on one and classes. Currently classes are what I am doing with my friend and we have so much fun while we are working out its unbelievable. They really do a good job and their energy and enthusiasm is very motivating and up lifting. I am 42. I am now moving in ways that I have never moved before or since I was young. I am no longer on all the medications I had to take, I dropped 15 lbs, and feel so much better. I recommend them to anyone that wants to experience exercise in a fun way. And, Anita's power organic smoothies are awesome.

    Moving your body in non-traditional ways will change your physical experience. Connecting the body to the mind is what I hope for each client. We don't often understand how the mind truly impacts the body, so we live the best way we know how. Showing each person new ways of experiencing movement of their bodies, especially when doing something playful, yields results that I cannot convey in words. However, these words, "I am 42. I am now moving in ways that I have never moved before... I am no longer on all the medications I had to take, I dropped 15 lbs, and feel so much better", is where the rubber really meets the road.     It's quite simple. Working with Delta and Anita at Change Is Now Fitness has turned back the age clock 15 years for me! I am healthier, and have not looked this good since my early 30s!! Delta works with me on strength, balance, agility, and stamina three times a week for 50 minutes. The type of work we do is centric to someone over 40 who might not be as active as they once were, or who might simply be experiencing natural decline due to aging. After each session, I feel reinvigorated. Cardio, yoga, pilates, and weight training are all a part of a VERY unique mix unlike anywhere I have ever trained or with anyone I have ever trained. His methods in training are revolutionary in my opinion. Anita provides Delta support in my training, and she keeps me knowledgeable about nutrition. She provides recipes and information on the best foods needed to make all the fitness training as valuable as possible. She maintains a Facebook blog with articles on the latest research and great recipes for healthy living. Both Anita and Delta provide a holistic Mind-Body-Spirit approach to the services they provide, which maximizes the potential for an excellent healthy lifestyle! I'm very lucky to have found them!

    Health is more mental than physical in a sense. Sometimes people feel they have to perform and be good at everything. Allowing people to relax and be themselves if the first place I start with everyone. We learn together. We discover together. I help you see the greatness in you! Its in everyone but we just don't always see it like that. My life coaching experience enables me to help clients achieve more than they ever thought possible; physically and mentally. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from $25 to $50 per session with the average price being around $37.50 each session. We offer a variety of services that can be scheduled independently or combined and experienced organically. Our Premium Services allows you to have ALL ACCESS to every service for your session price. You can create the experience you want based on your immediate needs when you walk in the door. There is no other service like this in Atlanta.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first area of concern is to understand what the customer wants. We set and take the time to listen. Since we are more than an exercise service, it is important to hear beyond the words and really feel what they feel as best we can. Then, we create movements that allow us to observe the "status" of the person. We use movement to identify the good and the opportunity. We discover the conditioning level WITH the client and establish a starting place to achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Delta Brogden is a former collegiate athlete at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, with a BS degree in management. Delta is in his 26th year of providing exercise services to all ages and has developed a different approach to health and wellness called The Delta Method. It is not the traditional bodybuilding approach, but one that focuses on function and overall health for life. The method focuses on restoring and improving existing conditions for everyone. Limitations can often be corrected with the combination massage techniques, movement, and nutrition. The coaching approach is supportive and not dictatorial, helping customers understand how to navigate their specific concerns and reach goals. The studio is custom built for movements that often cannot be duplicated in traditional gyms. Delta's mechanical aptitude enables him to relate to form and function of the body in a way that helps improve compromised areas for increased performance. Anita Brogden is a "foodie" at heart. She has owned restaurant's and work in fine dining areas in Atlanta's best restaurants. Anita is certified as an Ayurveda Health Coach. Her passion for cooking and her natural holistic approach to health come's through in guidance and interaction with customers. Meal plans are specific to each person. Anita enjoys helping people understand what the best options are for them, how to sift through all of the information out there, in order to reach and sustain their goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After helping a few people in gyms, each one of them encouraged me to be a trainer. I took the time to thoroughly give them more than they asked me for. It was the comprehensive approach to them that surprised them and they were able to be at ease with me. I was eventually asked by the gym owner to become a trainer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages. Our age ranges from 18 - 81-year-olds, high school athletes, grandmothers, professionals & college athletes to non-athletic, can benefit from our approach and services. Often getting started is the biggest obstacle. We help you navigate injuries and work to keep you on track. Areas of support that we consistently work with clients are weight loss,injury rehab, stress reduction, restorative massage,strength training, flexibility, life coaching, performance training, and overall health and wellness.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client was referred by Dr. Bob Dalton of Highland Chiropractic. She was expecting a traditional approach to training as she had experience trainers in the past. What she experienced was not what she expected. During her assessment, we discovered that she need body work (restorative massage techniques) to get leg muscles back functioning again. She was surprised that we did not feel it was best for her to do weight training right away. Her results allow her to navigate her stairs with more confidence and strength. Her movements change and her pain diminished within the first two to four sessions. She was so happy she told her friends and they came too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Affordable, safe, clean, enjoyable, reliability and results. Finding the right resources when these things are important, is not easy. Do you want to reach the goal and know how to stay there? Short term, long term, what is required to reach your goal? Are you willing to learn? The accountability that exists between coach and client may be just the thing to get you started. Look for a co-active partnership and not a drill Sargent. It is not necessary to hurt yourself. Save money but be safe. Traditional boot camps, cross-fit, classes are often less expensive but may prove to be injurious if you have not been active for a while. Our services allow you to take a comprehensive approach to your health. ​

The challenge for everyone is to find the right resource that will keep them safe and help create the outcome desired. There is always a budget, and you want it to be enjoyable and successful.
