I just bought a house and was still trying to get things situated. I needed my dishwasher installed and I thought I had a leak in my ac unit. Larry had a quick response time and arrived on time the day of our appointment. He even offered to wear coverings over his shoes which isn't something everyone is considerate of. He was able to install my dishwasher (which is working perfectly!) and after taking a look at my ac unit, he discovered it was actually a plumbing issue. Larry was extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional, with a warm kind spirit. I hope to be able to work with him in the future for any other maintenance issues that may arise. I've already referred him to friends and will definitely continue to do so.

Such a wonderful experience! So easy to work with, responsive, professional, a true subject matter expert! I recommend 10/10!!! He worked around my schedule and knew exactly how to fix my garbage disposal right when he looked at it! He was quick and efficient and knew exactly what he was doing! I would absolutely work with him again for any project!

So glad for Apex Maintenance!!!!!!!!
The work I needed to have done were; pressure washing house exterior and driveway and patio. And had interior painting and installing drapery rods, and hanging draperies. The quality of work was excellent! Very professional throughout the projects. I'm very happy and satisfied with all the work!
I would very highly recommend Larry without question for all your maintenance needs. Very polite and was happy to fix other small things that I had on my to do list. Thanks Larry for a job well done!
