This man only wants to nickel and dime people. I paid him $25 x2 for a deposit plus $20 in cash for literally not doing anything except open a box. Now he wants an additional $200 to actually do the job... He is NOT punctual and he displays very poor communication skills. I don't trust him and sorry he is that way. I could go on but he's not worth anymore of my time.

I'm sorry you feel that way Heather, but I was going to do over $1000 worth of work for half so I understand your frustration. You left out the whole part about your husband owning a contracting business, and yet still avoided the task??? The pool is 22' × 52" requiring a 3 man crew... I was going to do the job myself to avoid charging you for 2 additional workers. When I got there, your husband was still trying to get the tiller to crank back up, in which I even tried to assist in that, regardless of the fact it was suppose to be done prior to my arrival. This is a simple learning lesson for me to not be so nice when clients like to bully small time contractors like myself to get out of paying a bigger company more money. I hope you enjoy your day, and be blessed!

  Rates vary, along with a $35 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking which can be completed via: CashApp PayPal

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Dealing with a new customer doesn't require anymore or less than a familiar client. The objective for every job is to gather as much information, and or pictures of needed repair/ installation as possible to ensure the contractor is well prepared. Agree on cost to get job done, deposit, and address, then I get started!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Self-taught along with some vocational training as well.
