- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge extra for distance, laundry, organizing, move in/out cleaned, windows, etc. All appointments are easily booked by the hour so there’s no need to wait days for an in person estimate that you may not agree with. While we do not charge extra for any Add Ons, requesting Add Ons that add to the time of your appointment will be charged accordingly with the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All appointments are scheduling writing for quality assurance. Once we confirm we confirm the service address we ask the customer various questions to understand their needs and priorities. We can also provide help with an estimate. Once all details are discussed the customer will receive an email to confirm all the details of their appointment and add a card on file. The card is placed On Hold to confirm the appointment and the customer is not charged until after the completion of their appointment.

I cleaned professionally (commercial, residential, post construction) prior to going into business for myself.
