- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and based on the size of the home, condition, and type of cleaning needed (regular, deep, move-in/move-out, or Airbnb). I offer transparent rates, no hidden fees, and discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). Every home is different, so I provide an honest estimate before starting and make sure the customer knows exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to the customer’s needs and expectations. Then I ask a few quick questions about the home, cleaning priorities, and any special requests. Before arriving, I confirm the appointment time and what’s included in the cleaning. On the day of the service, I arrive on time, do a walkthrough if needed, and make sure we’re aligned. After the cleaning, I check in with the customer to guarantee everything is spotless and they are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and Airbnb turnovers. I’ve worked with high-standard homes and learned advanced cleaning techniques, organization routines, and hygiene practices. Over time I developed a strong eye for detail, efficiency, and customer satisfaction—skills built through hands-on work and continuous improvement.
