- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hygienic Cleaning Services offer highly competitive pricing. We also will match or beat our competitors’ prices (best price guarantee).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would do an initial walkthrough to get a full understanding of the scope of work. This also provides the customer with an opportunity to point out focus point areas. Also, once the job is complete, a final walkthrough is done to ensure that nothing was missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having over 10 years of commercial and residential cleaning experience, I have completed tons of training, including properly disinfecting hard touch surfaces to help fight the spread of Covid-19.
