Keyri’s crew did a great job on our house! There were a few key items we wanted addressed and they took care of them thoroughly, as well as the house overall. They were also very responsive and able to fit us in quickly, which was great.

I had scheduled an appointment with Keyri to clean my house. Everything was scheduled and planned until I was rudely blindsided by a message from her only 30 minutes before the appointment saying that she had found a better job and she won’t be coming (see screenshot). I understand that she can take the jobs she prefers, but her timing and manner of communication was extremely rude and made it seem she doesn’t care at all about her customers. A scheduled appointment is a scheduled appointment, and she should have scheduled other jobs for a different time or should have communicated any changes way earlier. If you have these basic expectations as a customer, then steer completely clear of this rude maid. I am disappointed and surprised that Thumbtack hosts such discourteous “professionals”.

Thank you for your review, but I think everyone is aware that for a house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a deep cleaning is 205, which you want us to do that cleaning for a total of 120 dollars, do you think that is fair? At this moment they spoke to me to tell me that they need the same cleaning for the original price of 205 which you don't want to pay, look for someone to do all that for 120 we are professionals and we do a very good job but also with good pay
