Scope of work and pricing will depend on square footage/bedrooms, extent of services needed, and travel. We understand that no vacation rental is the same, and therefore are happy to tailor our services to fit what you need. Do you have multiple properties in your portfolio that need services? Get a 15% off discount the price of each property if you book a 12 month contract for all properties!

For higher end properties - ask us about our marble floor cleaning and polishing! For deeper cleaning prices will be higher, and subject to change based on the onsite walk-through.
Luxury Service Company LLC carries general liability and handles all workman's comp internally. We do not service chemicals in pools and hot tubs, but are happy to clean debris as needed.
