So I will admit I became nervous after reading the reviews and seeing that she had texted me on the side and we agreed to an earlier time and then I began to receive the messages of her running late. She did show and communicated very well about why she had gotten delayed. I received text and a phone call. I will say I don’t think it was a “deep clean” or “moving clean”. I was quoted $150 at booking and $175 when she arrived. This was fine, but I did notice a lot of details missed that we had discussed. My house is on the market and I wanted to a good clean of little details before the showings. Her cleaning was great and the place definitely looked better. Specific areas I advised her to focus on were the base boards and deep cleaning the bathrooms. I had to go in and clean baseboards after and also had to spot clean the master bathroom after she left. I would consider what she did was routine cleaning and I think given it was just her here and perhaps she was in a hurry due to it being a Saturday she did not anticipate the deep clean I needed. I don’t know if the cost was fair but I am fine with her work, there was just a lot of basic details missed that I ended up going through and cleaning once she left. I think If you need a standard cleaning and are flexible with her time she would be a great hire.
