    We have used Mr. Anderson's company twice. The 1st time was for a furnace repair. We thought perhaps we would need an entire new system. After examination, it was determined that only the igniter needed replacement. This was a very pleasant surprise. We spoke to him then about replacing our air conditioning unit. His bid was considerably lower than the other 2 bid we'd solicited. When warm weather began, Mr. Anderson called to see if we were ready for the replacement of the AC. We set a date, and he, along with his crew, showed up on time.The unit originally offered turned out to not be available, so he'd obtained a larger unit for an additional fee. They finished the job and cleaned up within 4 hours, and when presenting the invoice, Mr. Anderson held to his word, and the amount was what he had initially quoted us. His company had absorbed the difference in cost!
    My husband had been a general contractor for 30 years in Minnesota. He is amazed and very pleased with the workmanship, as well as the professionalism shown to us. We highly recommend this company and Mr. Anderson, in particular.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Anderson when I wanted a second opinion concerning a very old AC system. He was able to get the system running and operating where as my other repair man said it needed to be replaced. I also had him inspect and repair duct work that had become separated and he was able to repair that in quick order. I will be using his services again on another system that I have, I highly recommend him.

    I had several technicians come to service my central a/c, including the original installer but the unit kept malfunctioning. Mr. Anderson diagnosed my problem but most of tall, the air came in cooler than it ever had and my electric bill was lower the next month. Honest, affordable and reliable service.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Having a qualified technician seasonally inspect your hvac equipment is highly recommended to increase the performance and longevity of your system. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. As a customer I would want to understand how my AC system works. Most customers don't understand exactly how the unit works and this is why things go wrong or they panic to get it fixed. I offer a free phone consultation to explain any questions you have about your system.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A consumer should check references if they feel necessary first. The consumer should also verify that the person working for them is EPA certified. Additionally ask a little background on their experience and question them on how the AC system should work. If they can provide you with a clear explanation and use the correct AC jargon then they are on target with fixing or repairing your system.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Have you changed your air filter in the last 90 days? Is there any air at all flowing through the registers (air vents)? Is the fan on the air conditioning unit spinning outside? Knowing these things gives us a better idea of what can be causing the problem in your system.
