had the honor of working with Leah Sayles during her time at Shenandoah University in the Student Life Communications Coordinator position. During this time, Leah and I worked together in multiple capacities, including a project that created a brand design for our new Mosaic Center for Diversity. Throughout my work with Leah, I learned just how talented she is not only in her art but in her ability to create a shared vision and to bring a client’s passion into fruition.
Leah exudes a contagious energy that is immediately apparent. Even at our busiest times in Student Life, Leah’s work ethic remained strong and steady. She was a consistent, supportive force for professional staff in our division as well as for students. Leah managed a multitude of projects both large and small during her time at Shenandoah, and she created boundaries and systems that allowed her to provide the best outcomes for all of her work.
