A real pleasure to work with Jontell. He was on time the same day we requested service. He was knowledgeable in handling some problems that cropped up during installation of our faucets and drain. He price was more than fair. I would definitely use him again. He does electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
Jimmy Wilkins did a wonderful job. I am very happy. My bonus room looks beautiful. He took care of everything from putting in the insulation, sheet rock, painting, trim, floor, and electrical. Jimmy Wilkins has a fine crew of people that do the work which he watches at all times. It was a lot of work but it got done in a timely manner. He kept contact with me explaining each step. He corrected things that the original builder had done wrong 15 years ago. The job got done and I am pleased. Thank you to Scoa Remodeling.
ProGuard was a great company to work with to insulate my attic both inside and outside.
easy to communicate with; on time and followed directions. Available immediately. Unlike so many handymen and contractors in this region who need to be hand held and want to cut corners, I enjoyed working with Buck and will use his services again.
Thomas and his team did an excellent job for me. I had a variety of projects from insulation and drywall to concrete repairs, and they were all completed to my high standards. His team arrived on time and completed the work for the agreed on price. Great work.
Kendall has done several jobs for us at our home from replacing outlets to renovating a bathroom. The most recently completed was building me a custom mudroom/laundry room with upper cabinets and a bench seat. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Kendall gives fair quotes, excellent workmanship and is an honest family man. Lastly, he comes when he says he will and that is the most important thing when dealing with contractors.
Cris and Emmanuel were excellent contractors - honest, hardworking, and reliable. We are very pleased with their work and level of communication. Recommend to anyone!
Reasonable price quote. Arrived on time. Work completed promptly, professionally, and met all expectations. Good job, highly recommend this contractor.
We hired Kevin for drywall and insulation removal, cleaning and replacement where there was a mold problem. He took care of the mold and completely repaired the area. In addition, he did other ceiling repairs/painting plus exterior home pressure washing. We were very pleased with all results and will gladly hire Kevin Penney again for other home repair projects. He is very knowledgeable, and responsive.
I have used this contractor for renovations on my home. He promptly replies to calls, His workmanship is great. He is flexible when unforeseen complications arise. Would recommend him. Honest and polite.
I am extremely pleased with my experience with Nathan at Shadow Tail Wildlife! He was professional, knowledgeable and offered fair pricing. He even followed-up the next day to make sure I was happy with his work. My kitchen needed additional insulation. Before Nathan came it was too hot in there to cook dinner. Tonight I cooked and it was cool as can be. I highly recommend Nathan and this company!!!
Dwayne help answer all questions that my wife and I had and worked with us with our budget. We choose 360-Renov. over 2 other contractors. Work will start mid-Dec. Only reason I hesitate to give 5 stars is because work has not started. BUT, up to now our experience has been 5 stars.
Good communication, very knowledgeable, and did clean high quality work (I'm a retired plumber and know what clean work looks like--there's a difference). Most importantly, Jack is trustworthy. I know this for a fact because another HVAC contractor (from Thumbtack) came out and quoted me $1,800 for this same repair. The guy said my two year old air handler must be replaced, the lines needed to be acid washed, many many pounds of expensive coolant would be needed to charge the new system, etc. Basically, it was the typical scammer sales pitch contractors notoriously use to raise costs-- "everything is broken and must be replaced", when in reality, it's a simple fix. In stark contrast to this other contractor, Jack was honest and only replaced what truly needed replacing. He did the whole job for just $239! You read correctly: another Thumbtack contractor $1,800, Jack $239. What's more, when it turned out my system needed an extra pound of coolant (not much), and it cost a little more than his original estimate (an estimate given sight unseen from email); Jack looked like someone ran over his puppy as he gave me the news. Clearly, this is a contractor who does not enjoy up-charging anyone. In a market filled is lazy scammers, it's refreshing to come across this young man who takes pride in his work and truly cares about giving people honest value.
Had several contractors out and they wanted to install what they wanted. Stealth remodeling was willing to do what I needed nd for a fir price. They showed up on time and completed the job when they said they would. I’ll be doing more business with them in the future.
Dan did an outstanding job taking what we thought was a complex and potentially impossible project and making it a reality. From the first site visit, he not only envisioned it a possibility, he made it happen. Our home had an unfinished and unused bonus room upstairs next to attic space that was not reachable except through a hole in a closet. Many other contractors told us it was not possible, and if it was, the options were not reasonable or very expensive. Dan saw the potential, he made it happen and created over 800 sq ft of livable space for us upstairs. Dan’s professionalism and integrity is without question a breath of fresh air. His team was very friendly and professional the quality of the work speaks to Dan’s leadership and experience. We are very happy with our new space and we will be working with Dan again on other future projects. We highly recommend Dan and Projects Unlimited!
I am a property manager, so I am very familiar with Contractors!!! Right Away Contracting is exactly Matt, he gets out to all of my properties quickly my tenants love him and I am glad we have made contact and I look to continue working with him long term!
I had 3 companies provide estimates for attic insulation. Phiil was the only one that addressed my needs. I did not need my house sealed for $8000 or just blown I insulation without sealing anything. Phil sealed all gaps in the attic, installed knew-wall insulation , blew in a lot of insulation to get an R49 rating and also installed all accessible outlets with electric switch sealers on all outside walls to reduce draft and heat loss. The outlet seal is a nice extra. He left me extra sealers for additional outlets I could seal myself after moving some furniture. Phil was on time ( even a little early on the day of install which I appreciated) and the crew was nice. They did a great job and I can highly recommend his services.
This company deserves 10 stars !!!! I purchased an older home that required significant work on one heating and air-conditioning system and the total replacement of another. After comparing pricing and meeting the owners of several competing companies I decided to go with Air Ron.... and I am very glad I did. I've worked with a lot of contractors in my day and this company proved itself to be exceptional in every detail. Air Ron's pricing was very reasonable and they actually delivered on time exactly as promised and they gave more than expected, not just once, but again and again. Beyond this, what really sets this company apart is the owner Ron Elzy and his teams extraordinary attention to detail and their complete professionalism in every aspect of their work.... if only every contractor, I ever had to deal with was this good !
Pete responded immediately to my inquiry and came by the same day to look things over. We just bought the house and didn’t realize how serious not having insulation in the crawl space is! Freezing floors! He discovered traces of a prior rodent infestation and all sorts of things that the home inspector missed completely. He gave a full detailed technical explanation of costs options benefits. He did the almost unimaginable and passed his volume savings onto us for materials; got his crew to do the job ASAP on a Saturday and even fixed our non-insulated door and wasn’t going to charge me for the material and labor for that work! I️ insisted on paying for materials. On the door alone he took the temp from 19 to 43 degrees. The crew were in and out in about 3 hours. He sent before after photos and shots of him testing the temperatures with the thermometer. A plus off the charts. Highly recommended. He says he likes to help people and get the job done. I’ll say!
The insulation installer was prompt, professional and courteous. The house was for sale and under contract, so time and precision was important. He even took extra care to clean up any debris from the attic and make sure the area was spotless and free from insulation debris.
We hired the company to blow in insulation in attic at an old house. They did a good neat and clean job.
