Unusually careful to be sure I was aware of the cost of each stage before he performed a task, showed me in detail what and how he diagnosed the problem and then estimated cost to fix and fixed quickly when I agreed. Was efficient, friendly and easy to work with, in addition to the qualities checked on critique sheet
