Really easy and great to work with. Responsive with any questions or issues that came up. The original flooring we picked was out of stock so Cortez sent pictures of new options and explained the pros and cons of each flooring with the corresponding price. Sent before and after pictures and clean up was great! Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend and will use in the future!

I wasn’t really sure which vendor I was going to book but Cortez was extremely patient with me, promptly answered all my questions and provided his honest professional opinion.
