Very disappointed. Agreed on price, Committed to the job, then canceled the morning of because of “equipment issues” , which I understand completely, but I don’t understand ghosting me afterwards when I asked if there was another day, he could do it or if he knew when his equipment would be usable again. I passed up other companies who are willing to work with us because the price was competitive and I was under the impression that, if you have your company out here you’re willing to do the work, not back out at the last minute and then ignore me when I’m making an effort to work with your “equipment issues”.
