- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New/prospective clients can schedule a 20-minute introductory call at no cost. Coaching is billed each month and the amount will depend on the frequency (weekly/biweekly) of meetings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will schedule a complimentary consultation (over Zoom) to learn more about Active Potential coaching and to determine if it is a good fit for their needs. If the decision is made to proceed, we work to schedule weekly/biweekly meetings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach. This requires a minimum of 60 hours of training, a Coaching Knowledge Assessment, and a minimum of 100 coaching hours. I, also, have a Bachelors of Business Administration with concentrated studies in Human Resources. I’ve worked in Human Resource for over a decade in Learning and Leadership/Talent Development departments. In these roles, I’ve had the opportunity to assist employees advance their skills through training, coaching, and development planning.
