Deron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear for folks like me who face challenges with anxiety. I admit, I chose Deron based on the idea of a "job coach" based on circumstantial need during the pandemic, and some frustrations in the past, but I soon found Deron was digging deeper into underlying issues - trauma, psychological issues, neuroses, and other baggage that I had built up over the years, that the state of me needed some substantial overhaul and recalibration to streamline my general wellness, make me feel better about myself and the processes, the "nuts and bolts of life" that don't have to be anxiety, frustration, anger-inducing, self-loathing, throwing your hands up and throwing in the towel, fear and loathing and anxiety based self impediments to health, happiness, and success. Deron is very open minded and a very good listener, while also being focused and on the lookout for indicators, self-reveals that show where a person, let's call him Stephan, has problems, has issues, has areas that need addressing in order to achieve progress. And not for nothing, I LIKE Deron. Being told what's wrong in your life, where you've made bad choices or are practicing bad habits, and how you are responsible for all of it, AND getting a client to gratefully listen and take advice, accept solutions, is a tricky trail to navigate, and Deron does it excellently, with care, kindness, listening, no bs, patience, professionality, and insight. Consider me a very satisfied customer, and a person who came rather quickly to like and respect him as a professional and as a person. He has been very helpful just in the brief time I've been a client, and I am grateful for his professional help.
