- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept reservations at an hourly rate up to 12 hours for a single day. Rates range $160 - $180 per hour (discounts are available for trip reservations of 3 hours or more). Same day booking is available on a limited basis - check for availability. Surcharges are applied to trips outside of the standard service area (the standard service area is within a 25-mile radius of the zip code 30303 - service is unavailable beyond 50 miles of zip code 30303). A completed service payment is required to confirm a reservation. A $50 cancellation fee is applied to reservations cancelled within a period less than 2 hours before a scheduled reservation pick up time. Final rates are determined based on distance and time. Pricing Details: Trips exceeding a total of 25 miles from zip code 30303 are priced at $180 hourly ($150 per hour at a 3-hour minimum). Trips exceeding 25 miles of total mileage within the standard service area are priced at $180 hourly ($150 per hour at a 3-hour minimum); this includes reservations with multiple stops which add up to 25 miles or more. Trips not exceeding a total of 25 miles from zip code 30303 are priced at $160 hourly ($125 per hour at a 3-hour minimum). Trips not exceeding 25 miles of total mileage within the standard service area are priced at $160 hourly ($125 per hour at a 3-hour minimum); this includes reservations with multiple stops which do not exceed 25 miles for total mileage.
