The Short: Diamond provides the most relaxing, professional, and beautiful lash experience I have ever had!!!The Long:The online scheduling process is so convenient and I never have an issue booking anywhere from a few days to weeks in advance.The convenience of her coming to my home is a game changer. She brings her own table made super comfy with memory foam and disposable covers. And you feel so pampered and privileged getting totally reasonably priced services at home :)Im a classic lash girlie but Diamonds skill and execution keeps me looking gorgeous yet professional! I have very curly and crisscrossed natural lashes that she handles easily! I get compliments daily on my lashes even in a very conservative field. Having seen her hybrid and volume lashes on my friends, Im convinced shes just THE BEST!!! The lashes she uses are gorgeous and soft. Her lash bath before every appointment ensures your lashes are healthy and clean. Ive never had any issues with irritation or discomfort.Diamonds clear and frequent communication leading up to and between appointments is unmatched! Shes always super responsive and has been flexible when shes able to accommodate me in a pinch. So refreshing after all the unprofessional aestheticians in Atlanta!!!Ok, I'm done gushing. Love that I found her. Ill be loyal as long as shell have me lol

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients who want lash extensions and have never had their lashes done by Bonjour Beauty Cosmetics can book our new client special: includes travel, any lash style, and consultation!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The day before my arrival I send my clients a "what to expect" text for the appointment. I arrive 10-15mins early to every appointment. Upon my arrival I introduce myself, set up, and go over any questions my client may have. We do the consultation as well. At the end of the appointment I go over aftercare as well as give an aftercare baggie whether makeup or lashes. Answer any questions, take payment, clean and pack up my things. If client would like to rebook we do that as well on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist as well as I have worked for companies that provided vigorous training for the job.
