- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The day before my arrival I send my clients a "what to expect" text for the appointment. I arrive 10-15mins early to every appointment. Upon my arrival I introduce myself, set up, and go over any questions my client may have. We do the consultation as well. At the end of the appointment I go over aftercare as well as give an aftercare baggie whether makeup or lashes. Answer any questions, take payment, clean and pack up my things. If client would like to rebook we do that as well on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmetologist as well as I have worked for companies that provided vigorous training for the job.
