- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of my products and experience. I only use quality products on my clients that should not irritate their skin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client is initial contact, a quote is sent along with my telephone number. Next, i always ask about their skin, their frequency of wearing make up and their openness to wear it. Are they only looking for a subtle application or full. Simply asking questions is the process i use to ensure that my clients have the best possible experience while in my chair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with top artist in Atlanta, Ga. my training is on going as things in the industry change.
