About this pro
Very thorough training - meal/diet solutions, cardio, and strength training with science-backed heart rate monitoring in real time during workouts. The monitoring makes all the difference in the world! I've never been anywhere else that does this. It makes each training session customized to your current fitness level at every moment. I never feel overwhelmed or like I'm failing. Trey definitely keeps it difficult and I always feel like I'm making progress and growing stronger and pushing my endurance. Also, after doing this one-on-one training I can't imagine going back to any other type of training. The attention and coaching really keeps me motivated. I know I'm maximizing my workout time because it's completely focused on me and not divided amongst other folks training. I really appreciate the short term and long term goals and progress updates on how I'm doing to reach them (and I'm doing great!). Can't say enough good things about my experience so far - would highly recommend Midtown Trainers.May 13, 2016Verified
I signed up about 2 months ago for 3x week with Elliot. I'm seeing results, and starting to feel like I'm getting in shape. Elliott is always punctual, and I never do the same workout twice. I've been burned with previous trainers, so I'm really glad I found a good fit here.Jun 15, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer discount 6 month & 12 month pricing, 30min, 45min, and 60min session length, and complimentary massage when you reach your 30 day goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always. Currently I'm preparing to take the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist exam. After that it will be the Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist exam, then the Corrective Exercise Specialist exam, then on and on and on. Life is one long journey in the pursuit of knowledge. I'm a life-long student.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Sports/Athletics has always been my life for as long as I remember. I was a trainer before I ever realized that that's what I was doing. Even in elementary school I would design workouts or research the workouts of my favorite athletes and get all of my friends together and we would train. So to continue this lifestyle as an adult and as a career was simply a natural progression.
