- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and our customers rave about our results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I will do a site visit to conduct a visible inspection to access the situation and possible source of the problem I then will do measurements and explain the issues to the customer. I then create an detailed estimate normally within a day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initally got into this business back in the 90's. At that time there wasn't any certifications or classes. At that time we strictly followed the NY State guidelines. I have a Micro certification and IAQA certification as well.
