- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Budget for the event is separate from the Budget for the Planner/Designer. Our company requires a minimum budget of $5000. This means the money you've allocated to hosting your event must equal or exceed $5000. Most of our Planner/Designer fees start around $800. This means you must account for an additional $800 on top of your budget for the event. We have a flat fee structure for Luxury Events and a percentage fee structure for Corporate Events. The fees are primarily determined by the size of the event. More starting rates for Services and Luxury Event Rentals can be found on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an initial meeting to discuss the event objective and basic information. We will also visualize and discuss customer's vision. I will prepare and send a proposal based on the initial meeting. If approved by the customer, we will proceed with contracts. Booking occurs immediately after the contracts are signed and a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure event services.
